The simplifierLow-rise condos
No towers here by design. Two-to-four-story buildings near the quiet stretches: lock-and-leave ease, pools, short walks. Best for parties of two to five.
Carriage houses
Small homes over garages in the planned towns, Rosemary especially: town-center life at a gentler footprint and rate.
Gulf front homes
Dune, then water. The premium is honest when the water is the whole point; verify front versus view claims from the rooms you will live in.
